In the event that you have made an error when ordering from our website, we will provide you with a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

This item however must be in its original sold condition, meaning the bottle(s) remain sealed and unopened, and within its original packaging.

We are not financially responsible for the costs involved in sending the item(s) back to our business. In the event that you need to send a item back, please contact us so we can ensure that we receive your sent goods and then send out the items you desired.

As stipulated by business law, in the case of major product failure (i.e. the spirit is unsafe to drink.) you will be provided with a full refund in accordance with ACCC guidelines.

Delivery & Postage

  1. Loaded Barrel takes no responsibility of the goods once they has left the warehouse. This risk of goods passes to the buyer once the item(s) leave and are no longer in our care. Therefore, Loaded Barrel is not liable for any damages that occur to the items once they have left the facility. This includes if the goods were late or not to arrive at all due to any logistical or other transportation related issues. However, in the event of a lost item or delivery damages, we will gladly send you replacement of your order at no cost.

  2. Loaded Barrel has no obligation to provide insurance for the goods sent out for delivery.

  3. Loaded Barrel can at any time, delay the delivery of goods until payment from the buyer has been received for those goods, or any previous goods sold to the same customer.
