This gin has a mellow but robust colour and flavour led by the butterfly pea-flower - which gives it its natural lilac hue. This is followed by strong but not overbearing lavender notes, coming into a body of apple and cinnamon, finishing with a juniper and mango finale.
When combined with tonic, this lilac colour turns into a light baby blue due to the change in acidity levels.
Recommended with Fevertree Mediterranean tonic in a classic G&T, or in a elderflower based cocktail.
