We have carefully sourced these exquisite boutique Australian Shiraz barrels from a dedicated small producer known as Fig Tree Studio Wines. The distinctive smaller size of these barrels, especially when compared to our larger 200L+ barrels, significantly enhances the whisky's surface area contact with the wood. This increased interaction between the whisky and the barrel facilitates a deeper interaction that allows for a more complex flavour profile to develop. Essentially, this accelerates the aging process, resulting in a more intense and rich flavour developing over a shorter period of time, one that is truly exceptional.

This exceptional whisky is incredibly rich, robust, full-bodied. It boasts a delightful array of sweet flavours, including luscious blackcurrant and ripe dark plums, which are perfectly complemented by earthy and leathery undertones that emerge in the middle.
